Czech Manufacturer of Unmanned Aircraft Primoco UAV Surpassed One Billion CZK in New Orders for the First Time in 2025.

Prague, 1 December 2025 - Primoco UAV, the unmanned aircraft manufacturer, announced that in 2025 it signed contracts for the delivery of a total of 42 aircraft worth EUR 44 million (CZK 1.06 billion). The volume of newly acquired orders thus exceeded one billion CZK in a single year for the first time in the company’s history.

“I am truly delighted that we have achieved our ten-year goal of surpassing one billion CZK in aircraft sales. There have been many milestones along the way — entering the Prague Stock Exchange, acquiring our own airport, and obtaining military certification, to name a few. But in the end, you must deliver a positive economic result, and we have managed to meet and exceed this target consistently, including this billion-crown milestone,” says Ladislav Semetkovský, CEO and founder of the company.

According to Semetkovský, the company’s 2025 financial results will reflect the deliveries of 16 unmanned aircraft that have already been completed. The remaining performance from the signed contracts will be recognised positively in Primoco UAV’s results in the following periods. This year, the company expects revenues of CZK 397 million and EBITDA of CZK 135 million, confirming its ability to consistently maintain a strong operating margin of 34%. Primoco UAV continues to operate without bank loans and without drawing subsidies.

In 2026, Primoco UAV will enter the year with a key military certification under the NATO STANAG 4703 standard, which it was the first in the world to obtain for its One 150 unmanned aircraft. In December 2025, the company reached another major milestone when it became the first certified training organisation (ATO) for military unmanned systems. Primoco UAV also holds an expanded civil operating authorisation E       ASA 2.5 SAIL III, allowing operations over densely populated areas, and ICAO Annex II Certificate of Airworthiness. Top-tier certifications and authorisations give us a significant competitive advantage when securing new contracts. Given the expertise and time required for the entire process, it is highly unlikely that other manufacturers will catch up with us anytime soon. Moreover, we are gradually moving toward increasingly sophisticated deliveries with advanced capabilities,” says Semetkovský.

In addition to securing key certifications, Primoco UAV is also investing in its future through technological development. After two years of intensive work, the company has entered the final phase of validation of its new Primoco Engine 410 combustion engine, which will gradually replace the current four-cylinder Primoco Engine 340. The new power unit is a two-cylinder, four-stroke engine delivering up to 21 kW, representing an approximately 30% increase in performance compared to the existing solution. The company is also developing technologies to enable mixed operations alongside piloted aviation.

Primoco UAV is simultaneously making strong progress on its new production, service, and training center in Písek. Construction has already begun on a modern hangar and training facilities at the company’s airfield in Krašovice, with completion expected in the first half of 2026. Preparations for the start of construction of a new production hall are also entering their final phase in the adjacent industrial zone. Primoco UAV plans to launch production in the new premises in 2028, with the site designed to support an increase in maximum annual output to up to 300 aircraft per year. The total investment in the new Písek facilities will reach CZK 750 million.

Ongoing reductions in the stake of the company’s second-largest shareholder have also led to changes in Primoco UAV’s ownership structure. Founder and CEO Ladislav Semetkovský remains the majority shareholder, holding a 50.4% stake through Primoco Capital. Gabriel Fülöpp currently owns 12% of the shares, while the remaining 37.6% is free float held by approximately 3,500 shareholders. Primoco UAV shares are publicly traded on the Prague Stock Exchange (ticker: PRIUA).

The current situation of Primoco UAV and developments in the unmanned systems market are also analysed in detail in a newly published independent report by Wood & Company, which is available to the public on the company’s website.
